Cookie Policy

1. What this policy covers
This policy explains which cookies TenantOne sets on tenantone.io and app.tenantone.io, why, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy. We only ever use two categories of cookies, both listed below in full — there is no hidden third-party tracking.
2. Manage your preferences
You can change your cookie choice at any time. This does not affect your ability to sign in or use the service — declining the optional category simply means we stop remembering the sidebar preference described below.
3. Strictly necessary (always on)
Required to sign you in, keep your session secure, and protect the platform connection flows (Google Workspace, Atlassian) against cross-site request forgery. The service cannot function without these.

4. Preferences (optional, off by default)
Remembers small interface choices so the app feels the same next time you visit. Purely functional — no tracking, profiling or third-party sharing involved.

5. No analytics, advertising or third-party trackers
TenantOne does not load any analytics, advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking scripts, and no third party can read or set cookies through our site. If this ever changes — for example if we add optional product analytics in the future — we will update this policy, add a new category to the settings dialog above, and ask for your consent again before any such cookie is set.
6. Browser-level controls
In addition to the controls above, you can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing the Google Workspace connection flow.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
